Do you offer returns and refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations. We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Where can I find my digital files?
After your purchase, you will receive a download link for your digital files. You can also access them in My Downloads under My Account.
Will my download link expire?
No, your download links will remain available in your account.
Is there a maximum download limit per file?
No, you can download your purchased files as many times as you need!
Do you take custom orders?
At this moment, we do not take custom orders.
Can I share my purchased files with a friend?
Your files are for personal use only. For printable products, the printed version can be shared.

Is the membership really free?
Yes, we only have a FREE membership level.
Where can members find their free stuff?
To access the Member Area, first log in to your account. Then click on your avatar to open the drop-down menu. You’ll find the Member Area link as the second option.
If I unsubscribe from the newsletter, will I still be a member?
No. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your membership will be automatically cancelled, and you will no longer have access to the Member Area.
If I cancel my membership, will still receive newsletter?
Yes. You will keep receiving newsletter from us until you unsubscribe.
If I cancel my membership, will my account be terminated?
No. Your website account will remain active, and you’ll still have access to all the links for downloading the files you purchased.

What do I need to get started with digital Bible journaling?
To make the most of our digital Bible journal, you’ll need either an iPad or a tablet, along with an Apple Pencil or a stylus. You will also need an app that supports hyperlinked PDF files.
Which iPad should I use?
We recommend using an iPad model that is still supported by Apple with ongoing software updates. For a list of devices that are currently supported by the latest software, click HERE.
Which apps will work with the digital Bible?
We recommend using Goodnotes 6 or Notability for iOS user and Penly or Samsung Notes for Android user.
Can I use the digital Bible on Microsoft OneNote?
Our digital Bible journals are not compatible with Microsoft OneNote.

Can I share the FreeGospels4All Bible journal with my friends?
Yes, You are welcome to share the journal with anyone as it is encouraged to spread the message of the Gospels.
Can I sell the FreeGospels4All Bible journal?
No, any commercial use of the FreeGospels4All Bible journal is prohibited.

What do I need to edit the template?
You will need a free Canva account to edit the template.
Do I need a specific device to edit my purchased template in Canva?
While you can edit our Canva template on any device, we recommend using a computer instead of a tablet or smartphone for the best experience.
How do I edit the template in Canva?
Each one of our Canva template come with a user guide that help new Canva user. To download the guide, click HERE.
Are the templates easy to edit?
Definitely! Our templates are design to make editing text, colors, and images simple and straightforward.
Will my Canva template expire?
No. Canva templates do not expire, allowing you to access them anytime and from any location and you can make modifications to create the designs whenever you wish.
Printable products
What are printable products?
Printable products are digital items that you can download and print at home or at a print shop.
How does it work?
Once you complete your order, you’ll receive a download link. Simply download and save the PDF files to your computer, then print them at home or at your nearest print shop.
Can I use the printables on my iPad or tabled or reMarkable?
Absolutely! You can use them as long as you have a PDF notation app on your iPad/tablet.
